Pets are allowed with prior approval and registration through our third-party partner, with an annual fee. Small pets (hamsters, birds, fish) are permitted. Two pets per household are allowed, subject to a non-refundable fee and a monthly fee per pet. Breed and weight restrictions apply No More than two (2) Pets Per unit. None refundable pet fee has to be paid in full prior to animal going into unit. Monthly Pet rent will be charged per pet per month.
